The 21-Day Breaking Patterns Meditation is an active, breath-based practice involving intense breathing, physical movement, and deep emotional release. Out of care for your wellbeing, please read the following before beginning.
Please consult your doctor before joining if you have any of the following:
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Cardiovascular disease, history of heart attack, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- History of stroke or brain aneurysm
- Glaucoma or detached retina
- Osteoporosis
- Recent surgery or a physical injury still healing
- Asthma (you are welcome to participate, please have your inhaler with you)
- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or active psychosis
- Hospitalization for a psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in the past 10 years
- PTSD with active symptoms (please get your therapist's approval before joining)
- Use of prescription blood-thinning medication or psychiatric medication
